​Mei came to us from a wonderful breeder in Ohio and we cannot thank Nicole enough for bringing Mei into our lives! Her name comes from the character Mei Mei in Kung Fu Panda and is pronounced "May". Mei has a wonderful temperament, and is an absolute sweetheart but is also protective in her home environment. She has the perfect mix of drive yet is calm when she needs to be! Mei is a hoarder of all the toys and loves crawling up in the nearest lap she can find to cuddle with and love on you. She is a very patient and smart girl who catches on fast and loves to do tricks for treats! 

Unfortunately, we retired Mei in 2024 due to her failing her elbow portion of her health testing and the progression of her DJD diagnosis. While she is still able and active, we will continue to be involved in her favorite sport, Fast CAT, and see what else we can get into with her! Mei will remain here with us as she is my (Shelby's) heart dog and the best dog auntie we could ever ask for.
