I have always had a love for animals but my love for dog breeding started when I raised Huskies with my parents while I was in high school. It was so rewarding seeing the puppies grow and to see the joy it brought their families when it came to pickup day! So in 2020, I took a leap of faith and started Kyon Kennel LLC with my husband, Brad, by purchasing our first stud, Everest. Although we had our first litter in July of 2022, we are still very much in the growing stages; we are adding dogs to our program, focusing on titling, conducting health testing and waiting for our younger dogs to pass health testing and be of appropriate age to breed. When a dog does passes and is approved to breed or when we have current litters and available puppies we will showcase them here on the website as well as our social media accounts! 

Kyon Kennel is a small family run breeding establishment that is located on our 15 acre farm in Higbee Missouri. We are dedicated to breeding and raising beautiful German Shepherds of standard and non-standard colors with proper structure, outstanding temperaments, and that are suitable for both pet, companion and sport homes. All of our dogs are AKC registered, AKC DNA verified as well as health tested through Embark, Paw Print Genetics and OFA to ensure they are free from all genetic diseases as well as hip and elbow dysplasia. Our puppies are raised on a combination of the Breeders Bootcamp and Puppy Culture programs, and go through additional temperament testing to ensure we bring you and your family a confident, well rounded puppy.
